Sweet Paprika is produced in Spain from ground red bell peppers. It has a sweet pepper flavour with hardly any heat but a beautiful, deep red colour. Paprika goes well with just about any savoury food, including meat, chicken, fish, shellfish, vegetables, soups and rice.
Use as a garnish. Sprinkle on devilled eggs, potato salad and creamy sauces. Add towards the end of the cooking process.
