Welcome to Go Natural. These terms explain shopping on gonatural.co.za. Please read them with our Returns and Refunds, Delivery and Collection, and Privacy and Cookies policies.
Our shop
Go Natural’s shop is at Vredenhof Organic Estate, Bredell Road, Firgrove, 7130. You can reach us at info@gonatural.co.za or on 021 852 2744.
Your order
Before placing an order, please check the items, quantities, contact details, delivery address and total. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order.
If a stock or pricing issue affects your order, we will contact you to explain the options. If the order cannot go ahead, we will arrange any refund due. We will not change an agreed price or substitute an item without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in South African rand. The order total, delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown before you place your order. Special offers apply on the terms displayed with the offer. Your rights relating to displayed prices and misleading offers remain protected.
Your account
Please keep your details up to date and your password private. Contact us if you suspect that someone else has accessed your account. We use the contact details you provide to communicate with you about your order.
Changing or cancelling an order
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If it has already been dispatched, the return arrangements may apply. Our Returns and Refunds policy explains the remedies available. Product warranties are additional to your statutory rights.
Questions and complaints
If you have a concern, email info@gonatural.co.za with your order reference and the details so we can help. If the matter remains unresolved, you may approach the relevant consumer ombud, the National Consumer Commission or another competent body. You retain access to statutory complaint procedures and the courts.
Your rights
These terms do not exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes apply to future orders and do not reduce your rights under an existing purchase.
