DOSAGE
MSM dissolves most quickly in warm water. Once it is dissolved you can then mix in more water, or add any beverage to disguise the taste.
One heaped teaspoon is about 5 grams (5,000mg). We suggest you start with one teaspoon per day of the bulk, and if you don’t see some dramatic change in the absence of pain within two days, increase the dosage.
