This blend of pure essential oils with no carrier oil can be used in a diffuser, 5 drops during the day or while sleeping.
Dilute with a carrier oil to topically apply on the skin.
Prepare a tea with 2 drops each, Ginger 5ml 10ml and Thieves, honey and freshly squeezed lemon for flu relief.
Diffuse to support the immune system, to clean the air, relieve for sore throat, colds and flu.
Diffuse 2-3 drops of each oil; maximum 10-12 drops in total, at a time, unless otherwise advised.
