Use for any type of flu or upper respiratory infection, to clear up and open up the sinuses.

This blend helps to restore the lung tissue and supports normal lung function. Help heal the nerve endings that got damaged due to covid and loss of smell, by combining it with Sinus Steam 5ml 10ml.

To help restore smell, steam once a day with Covid Steam for 5 minutes and the following day with Sinus Steam 5ml 10ml until you experience change.

Use this blend of pure oils by steaming (see method below) or add 5 drops in a diffuser (see below) during the day and/or while sleeping. Safe to use in a diffuser for children, 3-5 drops, next to their beds.

For adults, the traditional steam technique is the most effective method. This blend is highly anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and extremely strong. Steam 2-3 times a day in severe cases or else once a day, depending on your symptoms.

It will take your breath away, but if you endure it will open up the lungs, and increase oxygen levels. When following the steam method, keep tissues nearby as sneezing and coughing mucus might take place This action will reduce inflammation and assist with thinning and clearing up stubborn mucus.

Steam Method

Add 3-4 drops (or as otherwise advised) of essential oil/diffuser blend to boiling water in a large pot or heatproof bowl. Immediately after adding the essential oil, cover the bowl with a large bath towel to avoid molecules from escaping into the air. Place your face above the bowl underneath the towel, not too close to avoid the steam from burning your skin, inhale the hot steam through your nose for no more than two minutes at a time and for a total of approximately 10 minutes.

Diffuse 2-3 drops of each oil; maximum 10-12 drops in total, at a time, unless otherwise advised.

NOTE: Always use an ultrasonic diffuser (with a diffusing duration of at least 8 hours), to diffuse pure essential oils. Do not use a humidifier, air purifier, or a candle, as they only smell good and have no further effect. An electric, ultrasonic, diffuser dispenses essential oils into the air through vibrations of a plate which causes ultrasonic waves, creating microscopic particles of oils that disperse into the air. It, therefore, breaks open the essential oil volatile molecules, to have a medicinal effect in that it can penetrate through the blood-brain barrier. It is always good to use a diffuser at night while you are sleeping.

Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy.
