About Coconut Blossom Sugar:
Coconut Blossom sugar is produced from the coconut palm blossoms. The manufacturing is still not commercialised and all coconut sugar is produced the old fashioned way by the farmers themselves.

The process involves climbing the coconuts palms and collecting the sugar sap by gently slicing the blossoms. Some farmers do climb few hundred times a day their palms.

The collected nectar is than boiled till moisture is completely evaporated.
