Tandoori Masalla is a spice blend used extensively in Punjabi cuisine. It is famour for its use in tandoori chicken (marinated in yogurt and spices), and in tikka and butter chicken.
It can also be used as a dry rub with other grilled meats, especially kebabs. Use to cook roasted veggies and chickpea, chicken wings, salmon, mushrooms and tofu.
Spicy but not crazy hot.
Ingredients: Sweet Paprika, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Cumin, Cloves, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, Corriander Seeds.
