DO NOT USE INTERNALLY.
Apply 10-15 drops on the chest and underneath the feet to boost the immune and to protect the body against bacteria, viruses and infections.

Inhale Method
Drip 2-3 drops of suggested essential oil or as otherwise directed, into the palm of the hands, rub once to open the molecules (rubbing will evaporate the oil), cup your hands around your mouth and nose, and deeply inhale.
It is also effective as a hand sanitizer when applied to the hands (2 drops).
Keep out of children’s reach.
Avoid during the first trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding (contains Peppermint).
It’s best to do a patch test before using it on a larger area of the skin. Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or other discomfort occurs.
Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas, if contact occurs, rinse well with water.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Not suitable for use in a diffuser, only undiluted pure essential oils may be used in a diffuser.
