Health Connection’s original recipe mustard seed bath mix is a wonderful, natural way to ease those troublesome aches and pains. Mustard baths are an English folk remedy that have long been used to treat colds and ‘flu, ease aching muscles and even help the body to sweat out toxins and fevers. Sprinkle a little in your bath for a gentle detoxing and healing soak. This natural Health Connection bath soak also contains eucalyptus oil, which is great for congestion and chesty coughs; and magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt), which eases sore muscles and softens the skin.
