Frankincense Resin 75g

Raw hardened frankincense (Serrata) resin pieces are sometimes also referred to as desert tears.

Frankincense resin is also known as gum olibanum.

Prepare a Tea

1/2 teaspoon of Frankincense resin in a cup

Add 1 cup of cold water and cover loosely, let sit overnight. Take by the teaspoonful during the next day.

Used for coughs, colds, congestion, and other cold and flu-like symptoms.

Prepare Water

Use a 1-liter bottle of mineral or spring water to add a piece of Frankincense resin. Leave the bottle at room temperature for 24 hours and then place it in the fridge. You can drink the water as much as you like throughout the day as ordinary water.

OR

You can both drink small pieces (break and swallow as you would a capsule) and also chew on a small piece of this resin. It is entirely edible, with many beneficial health properties associated with oral ingestion.
